Official Platform: Zhejiang Travel (Hi You Zhejiang / 嗨游浙江 2.0) — the official inbound tourism platform launched by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism

1. Who is Eligible

Foreign visitors, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents with valid travel documents (passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents).

❗ This coupon is NOT available for visitors with Mainland China ID cards. Ordinary coupons on Meituan / Ctrip cannot be used by international tourists.

 

2. Coupon Benefits & Rules
  • One coupon package:  150REM/24 USD
  • Maximum: you may claim up to 3 packages, total maximum discount:  450REM/67USD
  • Valid period: 7 calendar days from the day you claim it. Expired coupons cannot be reused or refunded.
  • Activity period: May 19 – October 31 (subject to official announcement for future rounds)
  • Usage scenarios: hotel & homestay booking, scenic spot tickets, performances, catering, cultural shopping, etc.
  • Supported cities: Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Jinhua, Lishui, Taizhou, Wenzhou and other cooperating cities in Zhejiang
  • Claiming: online checkout; or offline “tap to pay” at participating merchants

  • Payment: Supports overseas bank cards via the EasyGo service on this platform

     

3. How to Claim Your Coupon (Step-by-step)
  1. Open Alipay or WeChat, search the mini-program: 嗨游浙江 / Zhejiang Travel
  2. Switch the platform language to English
  3. Choose the entry for Inbound Visitors
  4. Complete real-name authentication: upload photo & information of your valid passport / travel document
  5. Activate your EasyGo service code
  6. Claim your 150 REM coupon package; coupons will be stored automatically in your account

Important: You can only claim once per day. Do NOT repeatedly claim across Alipay, WeChat and H5 channels (one person one quota only)

 

4. How to Use the Coupon
  1. Check the business list inside Zhejiang Travel to confirm the store / attraction accepts this coupon before paying
  2. Online: Select the eligible product at checkout, the coupon will be applied automatically
  3. Offline: Show your EasyGo code or use the “tap-to-redeem” function for deduction

  4. Each coupon package can be split for multiple transactions within its 7-day validity

     

5. Important Reminders

✅ Check the merchant list on the platform before purchase. Not all shops and scenic spots support this coupon. 

✅ Keep your passport ready for verification if requested by merchants or scenic staff. 

✅ This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given if your consumption amount is lower than coupon value. 

✅ If you shop at tax-free stores, you may also apply for departure VAT refund separately (additional policy, independent of this coupon)
